Need advice to buy a new daypack

That would be for a small torso - I am only 5' 8" and I believe my pack fits a 19-20 inch torso.

It would be a very small torso. I have a 21" torso, but most packs seem to come in more than one size and the size is usually given as a range, not just a single number. That is why I am questioning the 15-1/2".
