I just looked at the specification sheet / instruction sheet.
The specification sheet says : Pot Support 1.05 ounces (30 grams)
Stabilizer 0.95 ounces (27 grams)
Total= 2.00 ounces (57 grams)

Did a little fried egg cooking test out on the deck this morning.
Used Jetboil burner base with pot support and stabilzer.

Equipment:
-- Jetboil burner base / Stabilizer /pot support
-- MSR Blacklite non-stick fry pan ( 7” dia.)
-- MSR Alpine folding Spatula
-- GSI Piranha Foon -- Lexan

Testing:
--Set stove up
--Wiped fry pan with Canola oil using a paper towel
Tip: wipe spatula with oil , to keep egg from sticking to it.
(? Do they make backpacking spray PAM ?)
--Fired up the stove
--Put fry pan on the stove and cracked egg into pan.
-- Both Mrs. HAYDK & myself tried our skills at fried Egg cooking.
--My egg was edible , but she won best of show.
She used a lot more oil than I did . (Also a much better cook)
Results:
--- Jetboil cooked fried eggs up easily and should make a nice omelet.
-- As with any backpacking stove the key to cooking is watch your food
continuously
