All rain in the Conway area as well. Currently, the biggest challenge is walking in parking lots. Yikes ...

We got the snow over here in the Adirondacks this time. It poured rain until about 11 AM yesterday, but since it switched over to snow, we have a lot. Central Adirondacks have 2 feet plus and it's still snowing hard right now.

So the next question is whether there is still snow on the ground in Thornton, or did it all wash away?

This one's a whopper. In East Hardwick, VT, we picked up a solid 2 inches of rain, and now the new snow's at 19" and still chucking hard.

Of course close to peakbagger's location, getting nailed on the "wraparound effect" in Berlin area with at least 15" total..Cabot should be a tough chore after today..wind really picking up also.....

My sources in Bethlehem report a hard crust atop a foot of heavy wet snow.

Yesterday I went for a hike in the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, and near the HQ (elev. 840 feet) there is a snow gauge:

About a thousand feet higher there is another one:

Sure, we are beginning to see bare patches,

but there still is snow in them thar hills!

Sooze said the Nordic Center was busy today. I took a ride to Lafayette campground to see what the snow depth was for new weekend, and the snow is up to the top of the picnic tables.
