Non-profit Question

Hoping for some professional help---- we at WVAIA (in Waterville Valley) have been struggling mightily trying to complete our 501C3 application to become an officially recognized non-profit. We think we 're almost there but have a few questions. Is there an attorney on VFTT with non-profit experience who would be willing to offer some pro-bono consultation? Please PM if you exist and are willing.
