Do all (or most :p :rolleyes: ) of the above..... then add music! Studies show that being an active musician in later life wards off dementia among other things..... apparently the playing and enjoyment of music integrates and keeps many areas of the brain, body, and psyche healthy. :D

Exercise is key, as is trying to eat as healthy as possible.

Being around positive people makes for a great day. I have been accused of smiling way too much. If you look hard enough, there's humor in just about everything. Ask some of the people I hike with - never a dull moment.
