First I want to say thank you to Pat and Audrey for opening your home to all of us for such a great time. It really was a lot of fun... wicked great time. You guys are both wonderful hosts and wonderful people.

Second, I'd like to thank everyone else that came for bringing such awesome food! Amazing how much food was there and how good it was. Plus, people kept arriving and bringing more good food and more good drinks. Thanks to DaveBear for that bourbon whiskey! Damn!

Third, I'd like to thank everyone that was there. You're all such a great crew and I really enjoy seeing all of ya. Wicked great time for all that came.

I second that emotion!!! Thanks to Pat and Audrey for throwing such a great party. We had a lot of fun. Everyone is so nice! My non-hiking but supportive wife had a swell time and felt very welcome. She is even more supportive now as she knows I'm hanging with such great people. One of the best parties I've been to in years! Looking forward to seeing everyone out on the trails.

It was a pleasure in meeting you and for you to open your home to all of us, host such a wonderfull party. A fun time and it was enjoyable to visit with the regular hikers and so many others that I have only read TR's and never met.

The best of times were had by all...especially after most of you left and there were unopened desserts to be had...yummm!!

I think we managed to taste them all..so don;t think any of the desserts weren't enjoyed!!! Chocolate....Brownies....Strawberry-rhubarb pie......Cheesecake...pumpkin pie......did I miss any????? (I'm coming over to visit if I did)

Thanks for everything! Can't wait to see you all again on the trails or over more great food!!

MEB's meatballs with parsley were outstanding.....and there was a dessert in the corner of the side-table with some red stuff at the bottom and crumbly breadstuff on top. I like to know who made it....could trade a pair of microspikes for a pan of that

Aw shucks, we only provided a space - you all are what made it such a success.
We had breakfast with our five stay-overs and when they departed, we packed up the cans and bottles for the recycle bins. Holy cow, I should have counted the empties and had a raffle!
Mardi, Elli, Darlene, Jess, Dave Bear, Sunshine Chris, nartreb, and Giggy's well-dressed companions - great to meet you all (who did I forget?)
Mats, that was teejay's "dump cake."
Darlene - did you miss the rum anniversary cake? Well, you'll have to come back next year.
Dr. Wu, you were a witty and sparkling presence.
We're off to buy another firepit so that circle can be warmer and wider next time.

i couldnt make it, i had plans to hike! but yeah, pretty much got blown off by my hiking boyfriend and i had no wheels while in mass. so yeah, i had fun all on my own.
