plant id. help...Alpine Garden

This was seen today in the Alpine Garden. The plant reminds me of rhodora but the bloom reminds me of rattlesnake root. Any help appreciated

I tend to agree with J&J. Mountain Fly Honeysuckle.
On plate 27 in my OLD Mtn.Flowers of NE (AMC) 1964 edition. I said it was OLD!!!!
