Jerry quickly ran naked from his tent and yelled at the bear to scare it away as the Park Rangers suggested

I knew California was a bit flakey, so I shouldn't be surprised at this.

I think I'll try it the next time I see a bear at Lake Colden. I wonder what people would say if I were naked, running around yelling? I'll just tell them that it's the California way of dealing with bears.
