I've got to go out to W Mass this weekend but am looking to take a little side trip (w/ my 9 month old girl.) Does anyone have any experience hiking in the Quabbin Reservoir area?

Yah, their rules seem very strange to me - no dogs, mountain biking okay (higher impact), while XC skiing (lower impact) is not, motor boats are okay while kayaks are not.audrey said:Strangely, they don't allow XC skiing...?
