Instrument for Removing Quills
I have this instrument in the dental office. It is a nice combination of a needle holder (Kelly clamp) and a scissors. I have the expensive model, but these are relatively inexpensive from Amazon.com: Olsen-Hegar Needle Holder (floor grade) - 5 1/2" cheap at $10.90.. The scissors cut off the tuft of the quill to relieve pressure and the clamp can grasp the quill close to the skin.
