We are looking at staying at Crag Camp this Saturday. I know its a Canadian Holiday and just before Memorial, but will we need to worry about the tentpads filling up early on Saturday? We are getting a bit of a late morning start.

Hey Chaco - if I'm not mistaken, you won't find the tentpads at Crag Camp full because you won't find them at all. They don't have any. ;)

There are 4 tent platforms at the Perch - nice ones - but none at Crag Camp or Gray Knob AFAIK. My guess is you'll get one of them.

Here's a good link.

Enjoy - awesome place.

And in case it's not clear, no tenting is allowed at Crag (or Gray Knob). If you want to tent you must go to the Perch or the Valley Way tent site or follow camping regs and head off into the woods.

Unless you get here early Friday and stake a claim, dont plan on any sites or cabins having any space. Canadians will flock in starting Friday afternoon and overwhelm whatever is available.
