Route 28

When I grew up in Middleville on route 28 I had no idea I would be spending so much time driving on it!
You can go from the southern Catskills to he southern ADK high peaks.
I wonder how many peaks you could climb from this route? (sounds like a new list!)
The section from Delhi to Oneonta follows a cow path.
I once broke one of my brake calipers near Delhi and had to drive down that crazy turning hill
going down into Oneonta! talk about scared to death!!

Both NY 28 and NY 30 are on my "Thru-Drive" list. Some of these roads are really scenic and interesting, it would be fun to drive them on a nice day, end-to-end with no particular destination in mind (NY 22 looks like it would be interesting as well).
