I love watching the deer herd in the graveyard. I always stop for a few minutes to watch them eat the grain.

This could be the first official Ski Gathering (I think???)

Reading about this brings lots of great memories! In case you didn't know already, there are two other places in the area with lots of deer. First is along the Mingo Loop off Routes 4/16 between Oquossoc and Rangeley. Second is the feeding station in back of the Oquossoc Grocery (junctions routes 4 and 17).

Okay, I will throw out a couple of dates . . . March 26-27 or April 2-3 . . .

I also know of a couple of GREAT cheap places we can rent in that area.

Chime in on a date everyone and we can have our first ever VFTT ski Gathering . . . ACTUALLY, I will post this under Trips and Events where it belongs !
