Ok...which of the 48's would be a good prospect for this weekend?

We still need lots but here are some that we are looking at doing:

1. Tripyramids (from the Kanc)
2. Osecolas (from the Kanc)
3. Mt. Jackson (the AT)
4. Mt. Monroe (ammonosic and jewel loop)
5. S. and Middle Carter (19-mile brook to Zeta pass then left)
6. Wildcat "D" (Wildcat ridge trail)

Other suggestions?

Define "good". :)

Honestly, I would just do the shortest trip if I were you - Mt. Jackson. These spring conditions can be brutal. Second choice would be Tri-Pyramids via Pine Bend Brook trail. You'd want to avoid Sabbady Brook trail at this time of year due to potential stream crossing issues.

Bring your snowshoes.
