Status Slippery Brook Road and East Branch Road

I'm contemplating treks into West Baldface Sable and Chandler Eastman region in near future. I see by Forest Service road status East Branch Road and Slippery Brook Roads are closed, but what does that mean exactly? At what point are these roads closed? Is East Branch entirely closed? At what point is Slippery Brook Road closed?
 
I did a redlining trip from the Baldface TH through this area a couple years ago:

up Slippery Brook tr w/ side trips to Baldface Knob & Eastman Mtn

down to the Slippery Brook Road w/ a loop around Mtn Pond then North on East Branch Trail to Perkins Notch then west toward Bog Brook Th

Following the route on the East Branch trail was pretty tricky at times, this was pre hurricane Sandy. Slippery brook rd was gated after the Mtn Pond th
 
Slippery Brook Road closed to vehicles after the first gate nearest Town Hall Road...East Branch gated and closed to vehicles, both due to Irene damage. But foot travel still allowed. So relatively long road walks will have to be done if you want to hit any of those trails in there. I think both roads will be fixed sometime this hiking season, according to FS info...
 
Slippery Brook Rd is closed right at the edge of the National Forest, near Burnt Knoll Brook. I'd estimate about 5 miles of road walking to the Slippery Brook trail.
