Southbound lanes opened today (Friday) at 3.
Northbound lanes expected to open this evening.
4 days it took them. They expected another 3 to 4 days of work, too. Gotta be a record for the DOT!
Bravo!!! I guess I can get an extra half hour of sleep before heading up to the mountains tomorrow.
