Tripoli Road in October

Is Tripoli Road, by Waterville Valley Ski Area, open at this time? We will be in the area and also are any sections unpaved?

Tripoli is dirt for a good chunk of its length, but it's in pretty good shape. It is usually gated around the first snow, so it's still open.
