Is Tripoli Road to Mt Osceola trailhead open May 1, 2022?

Was looking for the old report which I think is gone. Found these links instead, more like schedules. The FB Posts seem contradictory of each other but my FB knowledge is poor.

There is no set date for seasonal roads to open; it's dependent on conditions. USFS updates this FB post as things change (note the updated date, not the date when the post was originally published):

Keep in mind that for Hurricane presumably this year they will be completing the new large parking area at the Black Cap trail head. It is enormous but should keep folks off the sides of the road. It may also become Diana’s Bath 2.0.

Same here, I get the same facebook login screen.

My experience over the years is that the FS list lags a bit over actual road openings.

TrailsNH is crowd-sourced, so between the two, you should have a pretty good idea when roads open.

If you are getting the FB login screen, you may have a VPN running. Turn it off.

I see no Osceola trip on NE Trail Conditions for Saturday and Sunday and many were out so I'm thinking it's still closed. Does anyone have official confirmation?

I would have thought the FB or TrailsNH site would have updated over, or after, the weekend.

I get a log in screen too but the road status is on the left hand side of the screen. I don't have to actually log in to get the info on the roads.

The FB 5/3 update has Bear Notch open but Tripoli still closed.
