Anyone know what's up with hiking Tumbledown in the winter? I heard the road wasn't maintained but wanted to check and see what that entails.

Is it gated?

Can you park on the roadside and roadwalk in?

How long is the roadwalk?

Anyone know if the Parker Ridge trail is find-able/follow-able right now? How about Brook Trail? Was thinking of ascending one and descending the other.

right now half of the width of the road is plowed and the second half is for snowmobiles. this creates a dilemma when you encounter oncoming traffic you may have to back out for a mile or so. it is unsustainable and it might not get plowed at all after next snowstorm. but, right now it can get a good 4 wheel drive vehicle all the way to the parker ridge trailhead.
