I got this message from a virtual friend who is relocating from Switzerland to Connecticut. Since I know nothing about the subject I thought I would ask the VFTT community for help. Thanks!!
As life is bringing me back to the US soon, I really enjoy watching the FIS races when I am not actually skiing myself. Especially Bode Miller and the Swiss skiers also.

Is there anyway to get the races streamed over the internet or on TV in the US?

I will be in the Connecticut area.

The question is whether to subscribe to premium cable or satellite. Not sure which in Ct offers the most ski coverage. Although the regular channels, like ABC, offer plenty of coverage during the winter months. Ice skating is usually big on the weekends.

Thanks, somehow I suspected that VFTT would, as usual, provide an answer.

I have emailed the thread URL to my "friend"; if he has any further questions I will post them.
