Water at Whiteface/Passaconaway

Anybody know if there is any running water this time of year near the junction of the Rollins trail and Dicey's Mill Trail? I recall seeing a stream around there last winter, but don't know if it runs all year... Also, to my knowledge, there are no issues with camping up there (except near the old camp), but please set me straight if I am delusional...

I was just there on Saturday. I can't recall if there is water at the junction of the Dicey's Mill and Rollins trail but if you go further up on the Dicey's trail to the junction of the Walden trail (near the old camp) there is plenty of water. I decided to go a bit further up (past the old camp) on the Dicey's Mill trail on the right just after a switchback. I wanted to avoid any contamination issues with people who might be using the old camp.
