East Osceola has that really awesome steep climb though, from Greeley! The outlook just before the summit is spectacular! I think you may find good in every place. That old saying, one mans filth is anothers treasure. -Mattl
Looking through the woods at the cliffs on East Osceola is pretty impressive & teh view from the slide is nice too.
If you Separate Cabot or the Bulge (okay it's only 3950) from the Horn , those higher too are pretty blah, You have one nice view on the Mt. Cabot Trail above where it meets the KilKenny & the view from the cabin
Now if CO is looking at giving away a 14K or heck settle for 12K that's a deal & they don't need snow either. (Well the folks in CA might want it once it melts & eds in the river) BTW, we don't have 10" left in SE CT anymore....
I like Owl's Head and even Tecumseh. Hale is a possibility. I would even consider Cabot (I like the Horn). But in all honesty, I don't like the snow, so keep your stupid foot of snow, give me SUMMER, and all 48!
You can have Waumbek. I don't remember a thing about that one. Maybe I should go back I might have missed something. I live next door now to it. I shook things up but good and moved from Ma. to Whitefield NH.
