Two great days of hiking -Friday we hiked Whiteface and Pasaconaway, and on Sat we hiked Owls Head. Our trip reports with photos and maps can be found at:

My third trip to Owlshead and the first time I ever got a view from the summit! Thanks guys, really enjoyed this one. As usual, your pictures are amazing. I snapped this one from that little high point.

Owl's Head was a great hike... I was really unsure of whether I could hike it in a day -- especially in winter -- and was surprised at how easy it was. (Okay, maybe that had something to do with the springlike conditions.) It's always fun to hike with you guys!

I forgot to charge my camera so I took pictures very sparingly... Here are the few I took.

Great pictures as usual. It really looks like things have frozen up quite a bit in a short time from the Owls Head pictures. I sense the crossings still have some traps.

No, that's the view from about five feet past the new summit.

Yep, like Amy said, right from the knob's top. We did have to take turns though, not much room up there! Three trips now to OH and my first with views from the summit!
