Wildcat Ski Trail Decent Question.

Thinking about a quick trip friday that would end up being a descent down the Polecat/ski trails. Debating the snowshoe issue! I think yes as there may be a lot of wet sloppy snow friday. And possibily on the ski trail. My hiking buddy is less convinced.

Can any one comment on the conditions in that area?

I Hiked and sledded pole cat on sat. snowshoes would have been ok for traction down pole cat if not for the sleds.We Only had to hike on grass for the last 1/8 mile or so although that could change very soon. Oh and btw you are right very wet and sloppy snow so try to stay dry.
