Yesterday's high winds on Mt. Lafayette have me wondering (and avoiding 1,000 other better things I should be doing):
does MWWO or NWS post historical wind data reading for NH's high peaks - and if so, does anyone know where I might find them?
I see MWWO has forecast data etc but I dont' see historical data and for other peaks beside Mt. Washington.

I'm just curious as to how high the winds really were on Sun 4/29 at 3 pm ET when we summitted. Sure felt strong but as per earlier posts,
our felt-wind speed often is much higher than reality. Thank you!

Check out the Mt Washington Observatory Current Summit Conditions 24 hr wind speed history graph. Looks like it was 80+mph gusts around 3 pm there.

Thanks Eddie! Using this would assume all high summit peaks experienced about the same wind speeds, correct? (ie. there isn't some other specific link for any of the other high peaks.) Thanks so much again.
