Could #2 be Lake of the Clouds hut sign? the "50" feet in the upper right leads me to guess that, because the elevation at the hut is 5050 feet.

BTW, I intentionally cropped the LOC Hut sign so all you could see was the "50 ft", figuring that would be the key clue. What I did NOT expect was that the coincidental clipping of the word "permit" would lead some to believe it said "Hermit".......that was just an accident, but it worked out as a slick diversion.
