There is an AT trail section 3.4 miles long that has been without an adopter for a few years that drastically needs the water bars and drainage cleaned out. This level 1 maintenance should be fairly easy for six or more people. We will provide tools and a close by location for a potluck afterward if people would like to do this. Mt Cube trail from Rte 25A to the summit.

I can't make any of the days... sorry :( November is going to be somewhat claustrophobic for me.

Two trips possible

Here's what Jason and I will probably. Each of us will take a day to go with a group. If you can call two a group. I will take a weekend day, and Jason a weekday. Right now with a real paucity of volunteers it looks like Friday and Sunday on the polled dates.

Sunday

Thanks Jason, I'll work with those that show up on Sunday the 9th. If more than the two of us show up I will have to come over and get some tools from the locker at Storr's. Right now it looks like only two for Sunday. Here's hoping more can make it. Times and location will be posted by Friday PM (Nov 7th).

I popped something in my knee on Tuesday, saw the Doc on Wednesday, and she referred me to an orthopaedist so my hiking will have to wait until I see him. Sorry, I was looking forward to doing maintenance.

What time will you be starting on Friday 11/14?

Signups

Unless we get another couple of people for Sunday, November 9th. I will be adding myself to the Friday, November 14th work group and canceling the trip for Sunday. Right now due to injuries there are only two of us signed up for Sunday. Decision will be made by Saturday AM.

Final plan has been set! We will meet at the junction of 25A and Quintown Rd. in Orford, NH. at 9am. I've posted this at the end of the trips and events thread as well, and will confine all further updates to that thread. Tom and I want to thank you all profusely for volunteering to come help!
