I'm definitely on for Crockers and Reddington and hiking EK with you on Sunday. I'm very interested in camping in my car on CVR and getting early start with you. I'm thinking of bailing on the AMC hike although it will be fun too. Gee whiz! I don't often have such nice choices. Do you want to meet for chow at Gepetto's on friday? or at Carabasett Inn for the $1 PBR's, or just meet on the CVR?

Aye, t'was. We made it to 11,300' before the guides turned us round due to extreme avy risk in the Kautz Ice Chute. Still a 90+ out of 100 trip, though, IMO. My partner and I have some mad crevasse rescue skillz now, thanks to a 2-day class (prior to the climb) and some extra credit exercises we did on summit day after the abort.

Well, there are two kinds of lures - those that catch fishermen and those that catch fish. It doesn't take that much experience to know which is which.
