That's good news. Hamstring is much better to wreck than the knee. I severely tore my hamstring back in college when i decided it would be a good idea to try waterskiing. Wasn't such a good idea. I wishboned my legs like a turkey when i landed awkwardly after a jump. My leg went completely numb and i thought i had broken it. A few days later it was completely black/purple from my butt to my ankle. It took about 6 weeks to heal, but i have never had any recurring hamstring injuries after that.
