I was FINALLY able to sit down and read the whole report and all I can say is AWESOME JOB with the writing Spencer! You made me feel like I was there (though I will likely have a nightmare about a cone monster tonight, YIKES!)

A Great Five Days

Yep,

This trip was a fun one: Just plush enough (cabins!) to be a vacation, just hard enough (Tracy Horse "Trial") and 50 miles, to be a real workout.

I think we have the makings of an annual event here!

Thanks to all my companions for a great time and lots of laughs. I'll go anywhere with you folks. And maybe I'll dump my skinny skis for a pair of those Outta Bounders next time around.

And to all the Homeless Outdoor Mountaineers out there, I've got your back!

Fabulous trip and report, Spencer! Sorry that I could not be there, but I was still on my way down from a successful ascent of Aconcagua in Argentina. I have wanted to make this BSP trip for many decades, after several reports similar to yours by Joe Kelley at UMO. Next winter for sure!

Well thanks everyone for the compliments. It was the awesome trip that made the writing just flow...

I'm glad some folks too the time to read the whole darn thing!

Dr. D, we would have loved to have had you along... but alas, it sounds like you had quite an adventure too.

Next year we'll do it a bit differently, but I'm not sorry we did exactly what we did. I'm already poring over maps to plan the next one.

Wow.

Really.

Wow.

My to-do list has now grown to almost 2 years long.
