The BH did a double run over Cannon when it realized the huge Flag that was draped up there.

I am just guessing. But it looked like a "pro" photographer. That is to say, he was close enough, had the "vest" on. Again just guessing.

Cool either way.

If the Army National Guard is involved with the SAR, perhaps. I don't know of any civilian SAR agencies that have blackhawks, I'm sure it's a controlled (ITAR related) item :). Maybe Sikorski makes a civilian version, I don't know, I'm not a pilot...
