I'm sure some of you have seen this show which is aired on the discovery channel.
There used to be threads comparing Bear Grylls to Les Stroud but, I haven't seen any input on this show.
This show is about two different guys, with totally different backgrounds and ethics, working together.
Somehow, it works. I don't know but, I enjoy it more than the other shows.
Anyhow,
These guys are all over the globe but, the next episode will take place in northern Maine which, I think some of us on this board can relate to more.
might be worth checking out.
Here's the scenario;
In the isolated woods of northern Maine, Cody and Dave take on the role of two travelers, lost and out of gas on an abandoned logging road. Their only resource is a broken down truck, which they pillage for all it's worth including a can of dog food.
I think this episode was filmed in early spring so, should be interesting...
I hope to miss the first showing on July 1st, on the Discovery Channel but, I'm sure I'll catch a rerun.
